Returns & Exchanges

Regular priced merchandise purchased from Urban Worm Girl may be returned as follows:

We will accept the return of merchandise within 30 days of the original ship date, for a credit to your original method of payment, less a 10% restocking fee.

All returns must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging. Urban Worm Girl reserves the right to deny any credit if the merchandise does not meet the company return policy requirements.

If you are unhappy with your worm composting bin, or you find it is just not right for you, we are happy to accept the bin from you and donate it to a school or non-profit charity on your behalf. Shipping & Handling

Your order will usually be shipped within three to five days from when you place your order using the USPS. Worms may require additional shipping considerations depending on weather conditions and shipment location. Tracking information for your shipment will be provided to you.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Worms

Worms are guaranteed live upon arrival. If your worms are damaged in any way, please notify us immediately. Replacement worms will be sent at no additional charge, but we must be notified of any issues within 7 days of the receipt of your orignal order of worms.

Sales Tax

Urban Worm Girl will collect sales tax on all purchases shipped to a location within the state of Illinois. The current sales tax rate is 9.75% of the price of merchandise; shipping costs and service fees are not taxable. Schools, libraries, and other groups may be tax exempt. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled with no additional charge as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel an order, please send an email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and include your name and phone number.

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect information you provide in order to process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing any of this information, ever.
